Mutants: Genesis is currently in early access, which means that our team is actively working on improving and refining the game. However, we understand that bugs can occur and impact your gaming experience. We value your feedback and bug reports, as they help us to identify and address any issues in the game so that we can provide the best possible experience for our players. Here is how to report a bug in Mutants: Genesis.
Submitting a Bug Report
Submitting a bug report is easy. On the top right-hand corner of the page, you will see a "submit a request" button. Click on it, and it will take you to the Request form.
Filling the Form
To submit a bug report, you need to fill in the mandatory fields, such as your in-game login details. Then, choose the "Bug" category from the drop-down menu, and fill in the subject and description fields.
Describe the Bug
In the description field, please describe the bug you encountered. Be specific and provide as many details as possible. If you can reproduce the bug, provide the steps you took to do so. The more information you provide, the easier it is for our QA team and developers to find and fix the issue.
Attach Files
If you have any files related to the bug, such as screenshots or videos, you can attach them in the attachment field. This will help our team to understand the issue better.
Submit the Request
Once you have filled in all the necessary details, click on the "Submit" button, and your bug report will be sent to our team.
What Happens Next?
Our team will investigate the issue and try to reproduce the bug. If they are successful in doing so, they will work on fixing the bug as soon as possible. We will keep you updated on the progress of the issue via email.
We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter bugs while playing Mutants: Genesis. By reporting the bugs you encounter, you are helping us to make the game better for everyone. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via the support page.
